Your Healing Matters to Us

We believe ActivMend can help you or your loved ones recover faster. That’s why your first purchase is covered by our risk-free, 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee.

Guarantee terms

  • Eligibility: First-time orders only; one Treatment Kit per customer.
  • Timeline: If you don’t see the results you hoped for within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund your purchase—no hassle.

  • Exclusions: We created this guarantee so you can try ActivMend without worry. It does not cover unused products, accidental orders, changes of mind, or shipping issues outside our control. Order cancellations depend on acceptance by our third-party fulfillment partner and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Future orders: If a refund is issued, we won’t be able to fulfill future orders from that customer.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@activmend.com or call 855-255-MEND(Customer Service: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT).
  2. Include your name, email address, and order number.
  3. We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
